I went to see The Two Towers again tonight, this time at The Senator Theater. The first time I saw the movie, I did take issue with Faramir's lusting after the Ring, which was not so extreme in the book, if I recall correctly. And he certainly did not forcibly take Frodo and Sam to Osgiliath with him. This did not detract from my enjoyment of the film, however, on the first or second viewing.
The only real disappointment for me was that it ended too soon; I was really looking forward to seeing Shelob, but now I'll have to wait a year.
But anyway, I'm being too picky here. As before, I thoroughly enjoyed the movie, and am looking forward to The Return of the King later this year.
