People say the stupidest things when they call tech support. For example, observe what someone said to Jenny today:
"yeah I don't know, my husband died a few years ago and... *sigh*... last night the computer was in OS X and now it's in OS 9..."
What the hell is wrong with these people? Individuals like the one who made that statement are the reason I will be completely insane soon.
