I just finished the most irritating call that I've had in months. This man could not connect to his DSL account through his AirPort base station. Nothing was working. The call lasted over an hour. I slammed my fist on the desk several times. I felt somewhat guilty for being so pissed off, because the guy was pretty nice during the whole thing, but dear lord, what a frustrating experience. After it was over I wanted to bang my head against a wall. Instead of doing that, however, I just took a short pee break and took another call. Life is wonderful.
you should spend less time ranting about crap, and more time making your web page use 100% of the screen width (dynamically) instead of the crappy static width you have defined now. COCK.
