According to the linked article we can also expect a film adaptation of another of Ellroy's L.A. Quartet novels, White Jazz, to be forthcoming. Two other Quartet novels, L.A. Confidential and The Black Dahlia, have already been adapted for the screen. With White Jazz in the works, only The Big Nowhere remains to bring the entire series to the screen.
